  After I initially commented I seem to have clicked on the
  -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I receive four emails with the same comment.
  Perhaps there is an easy method you are able to remove me from that service?

  I don't know if it's just me or if perhaps everybody else experiencing issues with your blog.
